Every story is read and responded to personally by the person behind Reflect. Your words are never used for marketing or submitted to AI tools to prepare your reflection.
Your correspondence is handled through Gmail and retained only as long as reasonably necessary. You may request deletion of your information, subject to applicable requirements.
Reflect uses email and other service providers, so complete anonymity or absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
Your Wellbeing Matters.
Some experiences call for more than words on a screen. While Reflect offers a space to share and be heard, there are moments when professional or immediate support may be important.
Reflect is not therapy, counselling or medical care. It is a personal written-reflection service, and messages are not monitored continuously.

01. What exactly is Reflect?
Reflect is a personal written-reflection service. A real person reads what you share and responds thoughtfully, without judgment. It is not therapy or counselling.
02. How much does Reflect cost?
₹799 is a one-time payment. It includes one personalized written reflection and one follow-up exchange within seven days. There are no subscription charges.
03. How soon will I receive my reflection?
Within 48 calendar hours after your payment is verified and your story is received. If Reflect is at capacity, you'll be informed of the next available start date before payment.
04. Can I share my story in Tamil?
Yes. Reflect accepts stories and provides written responses in English and Tamil. All communication takes place through email.
05. Can I remain anonymous?
You can use a preferred name, but an email address and payment information are required. Reflect handles your information with care but cannot guarantee complete anonymity.
06. What happens after I make a payment?
Reflect manually verifies your UPI payment within 24 calendar hours of receiving your transaction reference. Once verified, you'll receive an email inviting you to share your story.
07. What if I change my mind?
You may cancel for a full refund before your first reflection is delivered. After delivery, change-of-mind refunds are not automatic. Service problems and applicable consumer rights are handled separately.
08. What if I'm not ready to share my story?
You have 14 calendar days after payment verification to submit your story. Reflect sends a reminder after seven days. If no story is received within 14 days, the request is cancelled and fully refunded.
09. Is my story shared with anyone or used by AI?
Only the founder personally reads and responds to your story. It is not used for marketing or submitted to AI tools to prepare your reflection. Necessary email and technology providers may process information to deliver the service.
10. Can I ask more questions after receiving my reflection?
Yes. One follow-up message is included within seven calendar days of your first reflection. You'll receive one additional written reply within 48 calendar hours.
